After learning how phones and headsets variations are combined, I bought this headset because it sounded perfect for my needs and would go with this phone: AT&T DECT 6.0 Black/Silver Digital Dual Handset Cordless Telephone (CL81209) (Purchased on 01/06/2010). The headset would not link to the phone. I called AT&T, after many tries they were able to get it to link, but then it didn't work - no dial tone, so the technician told me to return it. While trying it, I had worn it and found it uncomfortably heavy. I thought I would find another model to replace it, but then discovered there is only one other model and it is more expensive. Then I discovered the phone has no headset jack, so can't work with a corded headset. Phones, headsets, and their various parts are very confusing and expensive. I had to buy a new phone and headset.
