I bought this set based on a colleague's recommendation. Although it's for my assistant and therefore I haven't used it daily myself, she claims it works very well. She's particularly impressed with the range. Many configuration options for the headset. The handset lifter is a MUST. After seeing this unit in comparison to what I use, I'll be getting one myself.

After ordering the CS55 but before receiving it, I read the negative review "Very cool but poor sound quality" and was concerned about what I was going to receive. No worries! Reading the instructions would resolve most of the reviewer's problem with the unit, moving the mouthpiece away from his/her face would take care of the rest!
