Quality - wonderful. Set up - just read the tips that the other reviewers left and you will be fine. BUT - expect to spend a fortune on ink cartridges. I had the MP 780 before, and it was great. The MX860 scanner, printer, etc. are superior, but you pay for that in smaller ink cartridges that have to be replaced more often. Canon PIXMA MX860 Wireless All-In-One Photo Printer Got it a little cheaper than Amazon was charging via another vendor too. Toners on Amazon seem to be consistently the best price though. You will like this all-in-one if you have a small home office and don't spend too much time printing photos though. Wish I could rate it higher, but Canon is hiding the real cost of this printer.
